Your role

As a trainee at Graduate Technical Program - Digitalization, you will have the following tasks and responsibilities:

  • Focus on data management and analytics topics with new digitalization direction to achieve next level of benefits.
  • Plan, coordinate and analyze process experiments to derive necessary process optimization, equipment release & etc.
  • Perform material/lot dispositions in daily basis through thorough data analysis and clear understanding of deviations and risk.
  • Work with cross-functional UPD/UPE teams to develop processes and qualify new products.
  • Manage and coordinate development activities with manufacturing tore solve process and materials issues.
  • Ensure fast and secure development lot delivery within project timeline.
  • Lead/support as interface between wafer fabrication production & assembly production on yield, quality and reliability topics as well as alignment with reference wafer fabrication sites, development group and business line.

About you

  • Last CGPA :3.20 and above
  • 12 Months Contract

  • Able to lead and work under pressure, tight schedule and adhere to strict KPIs.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Words.
  • Good interpersonal skill, Interested in interaction with all levels of employees internally or externally.
  • Ability to present topics confidently to management, customers, Kulim and European counterparts.
