Your role
In this new role, you will:
Handle and check forwarders' inbound documents for shipments into DCA and IFAP excluding BE
Check on inbound permit vs shipping invoices to ensure accuracy on permit declaration
Verify suppliers' invoices against permit listing and liaise with suppliers for any discrepancy
Validate courier services’ inbound and outbound reports and submit them to Finance/Tax
Generate DCA traffic report from Assist4 for preparation of GST Tax Reporting and submit to Finance/Tax
Assist AP Custom team to provide inbound and outbound documents to Finance/Tax for Major Export Skim (MES) audit
SES (Supplier Evaluation Score Card) update to AP Custom for outbound forwarder for DCA and cross-dock SIN
Perform document destruction with Iron Mountain
Perform e-Archiving of shipping documents and permits to Saperion

About you
You are best equipped for this task if you have the qualifications below:
Current final-year undergraduates (with at least a CGPA of 3.0) from International Business, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or similar fields are welcome to apply.
Intermediate-level knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel is desirable.
Basic Knowledge of Logistics, Customs, and Transit Management is preferred.
Fast learner, ability to work independently under minimum supervision and deliver on tight deadlines
