Your role

If you join Litho Backend Offline Graduated Trainee Program at Infineon Technologies Malaysia, you will do the following activities:

• Maintain process & operation specifications as well as Out of Control Action Plan (OCAP)
  • Perform daily line issue troubleshooting, process engineering and production support in the Lithography area.
  • Troubleshoot control situations and decide on the lot disposition in an out-of-spec situation.
  • Lead and support troubleshooting to identify hypothesis and root cause of process and quality deviation.
  • Plan process experiments, collect and analyze data and report experiment results.
  • Manage and set up recipe and procedural control. New Basic Type Setup Lead.
• Support excursion prevention, cost reduction, and quality improvement projects
• Support Group (Inline Analytics):
  • To operate all Analytical Tools, ICPMS, AAS, TXRF, GCMS, IC, and CE at trace-level analysis.
  • To support routine analysis on semiconductor samples (e.g., wafers, chemicals, UPW, parts in a clean room environment).
  • Support on optimization and a new set-up for new request.
