Be the Project Office for strategic supply chain projects & interact with various stakeholders across the automotive organization
Be a management assistant to prepare management presentations
Consolidate and analyze strategic Supply Chain planning data and prepare a summary for top management
Deep dive and support digitalization and automation projects using e.g. Tableau, Excel tools
Interaction with other functions/management within the Automotive Division
Support ad-hoc management requests that require both fast data analysis and presentation skill
About you
You are best equipped for this task if you have:
Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Management and Technology or a similar course of study
Fresh bachelor's degree graduate with a CGPA of 3.0 and above
Are interested in data analysis and used to work with MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel
Appreciate working in an international environment with an open mind
Ability to work proactively and independently under minimum supervision and time pressure
Excellent communication and writing skills in English
Good presentation skills and knowledge in Tableau is an advantage
Remarks: This Graduate Program is a 1-year contract position specifically open for bachelor's degree graduates with CGPA 3.0 and above only
