Your role
In this new role, you will:
Perform process engineering and production support in one selected assigned area of the semiconductor process (Silicon Epitaxy)
Work as a team between Manufacturing / MNT / UPE / LBS / Technology / Quality to resolve production and quality issues and reduce production line disruptions.
Support tool installations as well as process & technology transfers to meet company targets, following standard process & tool release business flow.
Perform FMEA, risk assessment of process changes, with proper process change management.
Ensure the robustness of processes with Advance Process Control (APC), Statistical Process Control (SPC), and other process control tools.
Manage recipe and procedural control. Develop and maintain process & operation specifications as well as Out of Control Action Plan (OCAP)
Initiate, coordinate, and support excursion prevention, cost reduction, and quality improvement projects

About you
You are best equipped for this task if you have the qualifications below:
An undergraduate with a bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Material Science, Physics, Chemistry, or any equivalent Science field.
Demonstrable ability related to math and engineering principles.
Excellent data analytical and engineering problem-solving
Knowledge of thermodynamics/statistics is an added advantage.
Good analytical and data analysis skills.
Strong communication skills, Self-motivated, and good team player.
Innovative and can work independently to drive technical projects.
Proficient in the use of all Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
