Production Technician IV null

Job Description

Johnson & Johnson is currently looking for a Production Technician IV. This role is based at our manufacturing plant at Jalan Tandang, Petaling Jaya. The successful candidate needs to be capable and responsible to execute overall process for at least 1 filling line from end-to-end. The responsibilites are as follows;

Supporting roles in Filling line

• Bottle loading – Perform inspection on bottle during loading to ensure cleanliness & correct bottle (as per specification) was loaded into filling line & ensure sufficient loading of bottle to support filling line production
• Pump/cap loading – Perform inspection on pump/cap during loading to ensure cleanliness & correct pump/cap (as per specification) was loaded into filling line & ensure efficiency of pump/cap loading to support filling line production
• Finished Goods packing – Ensure correct quantity of finished goods was loaded into correct shipper with correct packing configuration. Perform random inspection to finished goods & shipper printing before packing into shipper. Ensure packing efficiency in order to support filling line.
• Stacking –Ensure correct quantity of shippers was loaded on a pallet with correct stacking configuration. Perform random inspection to shipper condition & sealing before stacking on pallet & ensure Stacking efficiency in order to support filling line.
• SRTS – Ensure all packaging material was being removed from filling line. Reconcile the balance quantity of packaging  materials against quantity produced & scraps & ensure all the SRTS packaging was properly labelled & wrapped
• Housekeeping – Ensure cleanliness & hygiene of filling line with GMP compliances
• Equipment owner - Perform extracurricular activities concerning improvement and sustainability to equipment and general machine assigned to.
• Preventative Maintenance and Troubleshooting – Perform preventive maintenance to machine such as lubrication and inspection prior to failure and also troubleshooting in events of failure

Self-Development

• To keep abreast of new technology, among other means, is by direct communication with other J&J Affiliates and Originating Company, have in-depth knowledge of products/raw material in order to provide technical support for new product introduction or profit improvement projects.
• Proactively pursue self-learning to complete the competency requirement as per Competency model.
• Be a team member.
• To ensure PDP cycle is observed for performance evaluation, training needs identification and analysis and training plan implementation. 
• Ensure team/division compliance to SHE and GMP  
• To ensure work station are clean and orderly

Qualifications

• SPM certificate/SKM Cert holder in relevant fields to manufacturing
• Able to perform basic maintenance and troubleshooting
• Basic knowledge of machinery (recommended)
• Able to work in shift
• Posses own transport
