Your role
You will have the opportunity to develop a broad understanding of how Lendlease operates, through rotations across its businesses.
Gain experience working within both finance business partner roles (project and/or head office) and finance functional roles (such as Finance Services, Management Reporting, Treasury, and Internal Audit).
Based in Malaysia but working with a global outlook, collaborating with international colleagues on a range of projects.
Develop expertise in a wide range of areas, including profit-and-loss management, identification and improvement of organizational risk, business strategy and decision support, and the analysis of various business drivers to build strong financial acumen and core business skills.

About you
Fresh graduates with relevant tertiary qualifications (i.e. Finance, Accounting, Commerce or Business Management) with an analytical grounding.
Or less than 1 year of working experience.
CPA or ACCA qualified or working towards the qualification(s).
Fresh graduates welcomed those with some working experience will be an added advantage.
Demonstrated expertise with financial analysis formulas and strong spreadsheet capabilities.
Competent research capability utilizing the Internet and other information sources.
Excellent PC skills, particularly a good working knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint.
Commercial acumen with a focus on business facilitation, exemplary work ethic and strong attention to detail.
Excellent written, and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to think broadly across a problem and propose creative innovative solutions.
Able to operate individually or as a group in a team working environment.
