Reporting to the Residential Development Director, your primary role is providing a range of administrative and operational activities to deliver efficient and effective operations of the Residential Development team in and in order to deliver a high level of customer service to the stakeholders.

Your duties include but not limited to:

  • Coordinate and perform a range of administrative and secretarial duties, much of which is of a sensitive and confidential nature, to support the assigned Executive in carrying out their day-to-day responsibilities.
  • Manage the day-to-day schedule of the assigned Executive, organising and scheduling meetings, proactively identifying priorities and commitments, and coordinating appropriately.
  • Prepare correspondence, meeting minutes, documents and reports which are typically confidential in nature, drafting required documents in standard company format as directed.
  • Perform comprehensive administrative and secretarial duties which may include organising travel arrangements, coordinating residential events, raise purchase requisitions & expense claims.
  • Liaise effectively with a range of internal and external staff, acting as a first point of contact for all internal and external inquiries and functioning as a liaison between assigned Executive and other internal staff.
  • Perform ad-hoc tasks as and when required, which include assisting other teams and business units.

Experience in administration or secretarial capacity is required for this role.  Essential to the role is strong verbal and written communication skills in Mandarin and English. You must also have strong attention to details. A proactive attitude and being a great team player will contribute significantly to your success for this role.
