The role requires an individual who is professional, confident and solutions focused – key attributes that will see you succeed supporting the Executive and the wider team.

You’ll provide a broad range of senior office and administrative support, including complex diary and email management, while managing and prioritising all incoming communications. As a key contact point, you’re able to demonstrate the ability to understand the priorities and coordinate all commitments accordingly. You’ll work with a range of stakeholders, therefore understanding the importance of confidentiality and integrity is essential.

This role is diverse in nature and your exemplary organisational skills, forward thinking approach and ability to work diligently and efficiently will support your success. You’ll have excellent administrative and organisational skills to effectively manage complex travel arrangements both domestically and internationally, team meetings, event planning including catering requests and gift ordering.

The ability to deal with confidential information and manage multiple priorities whilst conducting yourself professionally at all times will also be key. You will have strong computer skills including PowerPoint and Word, be highly organised with superior written/verbal communication skills and self-awareness.

Your positive attitude, exceptional problem-solving skills and collaborative approach will see you to hit the ground running in this role.
