Marketing Manager, Residential null

The Marketing Manager – Residential is responsible for delivering marketing services to the residential portion of the business. The ultimate objective is to provide target audiences with customer, place and product experiences consistent with the development brand and in doing so, deliver on the business unit’s financial and customer objectives (such as leads, sales conversion, traffic to drive revenue, CSAT and NPS).

The role will work closely with the business teams and Group Marketing Shared Services (MSS) on developing the strategy and implementation of customer and community engagement programs, asset visioning, brand development and positioning, lead generation/nurturing & visitation campaigns, digital and social media programmes, market launches and support the sales/leasing programmes.

Your role includes working on increasing our residential project market share and brand awareness. This includes managing the marketing budget effectively.  You will also be overseeing marketing, advertising, and brand campaigns on our residential projects. 

Significant experience working in Multinationals specializing in Marketing is essential for this role. This includes having great relationship with creative agencies, media agencies and event companies. Essential to the role is strong communication skills allowing you to partner closely with various stakeholders to ensure positive business outcomes.  In addition, you must be proactive in nature, and resourceful with a positive 'can do' attitude.  You should be creative and think out of the box for new ideas and approaches to deliver maximum impact and results. . Ability to communicate effectively in Mandarin, both written and spoken, is a core requirement for the role.
