The Treasury Services Manager – Finance will be leading the Asia Treasury Services team to maximise efficiency in administration and transaction processing, ensure Treasury operations risks and compliance are understood, managed and reported systematically and comprehensively, and to drive continuous improvement in Treasury operations processes and governance.
Your duties include but are not limited to: -
Lead and motivate regional Treasury Services team, manage performance, provide direction, foster team networks and develop capabilities required for success.
Responsible for treasury operations, deal administration, transaction banking and settlements and treasury management reporting for Asia region.
Responsible for on-time, high quality, error-free service delivery to stakeholders.
Accountable for governance, controls and policy compliance in respect of all Treasury operations activities.
Ensure Treasury operations risks and compliance requirements are systematically and comprehensively understood, captured, monitored and reported. Facilitate engagement between Treasury, business units and Treasury Services to accomplish the same.
Support the Global Banking Platforms project team in the proposed tender of Asia region transaction banking and implementation of a global payment factory solution.
Advise and assist Asia business units and other functions on ad-hoc Treasury Services issues and requirements as required. Develop and maintain constructive relationships with internal customers, functional colleagues, banking partners and other service providers.
Relevant tertiary qualifications in Business or Commerce with a major or sub major in Finance and/or Accounting is essential for this role. You must also have demonstrated experience in treasury operations functions in a large and diverse multinational organisation, including transaction banking products and services, debt and hedge facilities administration, treasury accounting, treasury operations processes, controls and governance. In addition, you must have strong knowledge of treasury technology solutions (e.g., Reval, FIS Trax, transaction banking platforms, straight-through-processing solutions, market data services, etc.) and their application in the delivery of business outcomes. Essential to the role is strong communication skills allowing you to partner closely with various stakeholders to ensure positive business outcomes. Property or investment management industry experience preferred.
