At P&G, they believe in giving interns the same real-life business problems to work on as their full-time colleagues.

To give you a flavor, these are some of the projects and results that their ex-interns have worked on:

  • Identified a 10% cost savings opportunity on customization spend for their business unit and/or category
  • Designed a supply chain network for category products from Japan to APAC to reduce lead time by 1 month
  • Automated report generation and inventory analysis to drive productivity improvement and inventory reduction

Training & development

These include hands-on experience, mentorship, and skill development in areas like engineering, business management, marketing, and more.
