Your role

In this role you will be responsible for:

• Conduct Customer Voice Count surveys to existing customers to gain feedback on Rentokil Initial service
• Make outbound calls to existing customers to gain feedback on Rentokil Initial services
• Perform satisfaction follow-up call to re-gain customer’s confidence
• Support in customer loyalty and staff recognition program
• Demonstrate effective verbal communication skills when interacting at all levels, be it among peers & managers or with customers
• Manage all contact activities including sales leads/inquiries into a contact management system

Training & development

In this role, you will be given full product training, with hands-on assistance from the Customer Care Team. The internship's duration will depend on your university's requirements.
