Your role

Rentokil Initial is looking for a motivated, dynamic Intern for Field Biologist (FB) to join the team. Your responsibilities will be to continuously monitor and ensure service compliance whilst also using your Biology / Entomology knowledge and outgoing personality to perform on-site inspections at customers’ premises.

To help to achieve this, Rentokil will provide you with a competitive allowance and career opportunities. You will also be given full product and solutions training in technical areas, with hands-on assistance from the group of Specialist and Service Team.

Responsibilities

• Constantly monitor and ensure service compliance
• Undertake Quality Assurance and Field Biologist Inspections for Rentokil Reporting Services and Termite Management Programs or other high-value services sold by the branch
• Responsible for the timely and proper completion of the customers and administrative reports
• Involved in training preparation for the pest control division

Training & development

In this role, you will be given full product and solutions training in technical areas, with hands-on assistance from Rentokil's Specialist and Service Team.

About you

Ideally, to be eligible for this role you need to possess the following:

• Currently pursuing tertiary education/Final semester (Bachelor's Degree in Biological Science or equivalent, preferably Major in Entomology or Vector Control)
• Possess a valid D license & own a car
