Support internal management decision-making by producing business performance analysis which is identified, measured, and delivered economic information of business activities by accounting method.
Establish management and execution plans and conduct financial support such as managing the actual implementation of plans to maximize business performance.
Optimize and efficiently manage internal policy & procedure based on business accounting standards and business circumstances.
Role and responsibilities
Controlling- Participate in and make a regular report on management activity plans (sales, manufacturing, marketing, development) and performances every month or a report for each management issue frequently.
CO Closing - Participate in analyzing profits and providing a production cost management model, calculating production costs by product and model or unit projects like sales and development.
Budget & Investment Control - Participate in establishing and managing a budget plan for our company's available resources like expenses and investment.
Policy & Procedure Management - Participate in managing and maintaining internal policies and processes according to corporate accounting standards and management conditions.
Skills and qualifications
Develops professional expertise by complying with company policies and procedures
Works on problems of moderate scope where analyzing situations or data requires a review of various factors
Exercises judgment within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate action
Normally receives general instructions on routine work with detailed instructions on new projects or assignments
Generally requires a bachelor's degree with a minimum of 2 years of related experience, or an advanced degree without experience.
