- Provide technical support on IT peripherals, LAN & mobile devices
- Deployment of anti-virus client and asset client
- Ensure all IT peripherals setup are complying with the defined standard
- Meeting SLA
- Assist on IT hardware procurement, IT inventory & user access management
- provide IT support at events (if any)
- Shift-based support on weekends or public holidays
Job Requirements:
- A minimum Diploma in computer science.
- At least 1 year of experience in IT technical support. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
- Result-oriented and committed with a strong sense of urgency
- Good with problem solving and complete assignments in accurate and timely manner
